- How long does a typical sign take?
- Timelines depend on materials, size and permitting. We give you a firm production and install window with your quote.
- Do you install what you produce?
- Yes — we install storefronts, pylons, banners and billboards across our service area in northwest Puerto Rico.
- What files should I send?
- Vector files preferred (AI, EPS, SVG, PDF). High-resolution PNG at 300 dpi also works. JPGs are OK as references only.
- How do payments work?
- Deposit and payment terms are confirmed on your quote. Online payment via Stripe will be available once payments are enabled.
- Is the AI-generated artwork the final design?
- No. AI concepts are preliminary ideas only. Our design team prepares the production-ready artwork before we print.
- Do you offer warranties?
- Warranty terms depend on the product and installation environment. Ask for specifics when we quote your project.
